Today, I would like to share with you a few pictures I took today at Musée Guimet , the museum with the largest collections abroad of Asian art.
This spring Musée Guimet is showing an exceptional set of Daimyo armors. The Daimyo were the powerful Feudal lords in pre-modern Japan (between the 12th and 19th centuries) who ruled most of the country from their vast, hereditary land holdings.
It was fascinating! It's on until May 13th, 2018
NB: if you go and visit this museum, don't miss the stunning library.
