The great thing about Paris is that there is always something interesting to do. And this fall, there are many exhibitions going on.
In a previous post I wrote about the current Picasso installation which is very much worth seeing. Today, I would like to tell you about the exhibition dedicated to the Swedish artist Anders Zorn (1860-1920), at Petit Palais, until December 17th, 2017.
When I went to see it, I didn't know what to expect. I just loved it, especially his watercolors which are breathtaking. And I wasn't the only one to enjoy Zorn's work. All the visitors around me seemed amazed and when saying how nicely surprised they were.
What struck me the most is the quality of Zorn's art pieces. The paintings featuring water looked so real! I couldn't believe it. What a mastery! 💕
Nb: the other temporary exhibition "The art of pastel from Degas to Redon" is not so interesting.
It's on until December 17, 2017
Avenue Winston Churchill - 75008 Paris
Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 6pm (late opening on Friday until 9pm)
