Vincent Peters at La Hune
Today, during my lunch break, I headed to the famous La Hune bookshop/gallery, place Saint-Germain-des-Prés, to see their latest photo installation, dedicated to German photographer, Vincent Peters.
The gallery is on the first floor of the mythic bookshop. Looking onto Saint-Germain-des-Prés Church and Café de Flore, it's a fantastic venue. For the record, the bookshop was created in 1949 but since 2015, it's been fully dedicated to photography.
Altogether, the exhibition presents around twenty gorgeous black and white portraits of women. Some are as famous as Charlize Theron, Monica Bellucci or Latitia Casta and some others are young unknown ladies. But all of them are just fabulous. Their beauty is magnified by Vincent Peters, thanks to the way he plays with the light.
Honestly, this artist is a genius. I would love to work with him.
